Hi, I’m Helen Williams (aka Hels Bels), and I’m a designer and freelance illustrator living and working in Birmingham, UK. I specialise in children’s illustration with a playful, character driven approach, and I’m currently seeking representation for my illustrated stories.

You are a rainbow – beautiful, bold, and bright. A kaleidoscope of colour, bursting with light! A story to celebrate every child’s unique personality and mix of colours.
